The project

It was time to renovate the laundry. This was done in two weeks.

Demolition day, before patch tiling on the floor.

After the plumber and electrician had finished.

Cabinet installation day.

Tiling prep.

Utilising the whole wall with base and overhead cabinets. The cabinets are Flatpax and the benchtop is Kaboodle Frosted Oak.

The power points are in this narrow cupboard housing a hand-held vacuum and a sewing machine.

I looooooooooove a good Laundry Renovation post. Is the open section above the middle overhead cabinets for your laundry tub or decoration?

Let me tag @cindyh68 to make them aware of your question. I'm a big fan of laundry and kitchen renovations as well, you'll notice that this is a very good example of moving a power point in a masonry wall. Observe how precise the cuts were made in the concrete wall, you're getting really good service when the electrical work is this tidy. Now that you've brought it up, I wonder if an open cabinet is going into that empty wall spot?

The open section was designed to grow indoor plants 🪴as we have a great source of natural light.  Decorative decor also.
