How do you protect your outdoor furniture?

While this time of year is fantastic for outdoor entertaining, our outdoor furniture can cop a lot of punishment if left exposed. Not only is the summer sun very harsh, but summer storms can also be very intense and cause further damage.

It would be great if you could share your tips and tricks for extending the life of your outdoor furniture and protecting your investment from the elements.

I recently oiled some of my outdoor furniture. That's obviously a must to do regularly for timber. And I try to store as much as possible indoors or under the house to protect from the elements.

Invest in covers and move out of the weather as often as possible.
