1. Paint
The simplest way to create a feature wall is simply to paint it with a bold colour. Bunnings Workshop member @lcooksey88 chose Dulux Ocean Trapeze for a bedroom makeover with feature wall. Another approach is to use paint creatively, like @prettyliving with her brick feature wall using paint created in just one hour using paint and a sponge.

Jess shared a full step-by-step guide How to create a brick feature wall using paint, including a video and a full list of tools and materials.
2. MDF moulding
MDF moulding can be used to create striking ornamental patterns and create a dazzling feature. For example, to create an accent wall in her entryway, Bunnings Workshop member @stelz used MDF Moulding Pencil Round 67 x 12mm x 2.7m painted with Dulux Ticking.

Community member @kellyyang created a bedroom feature wall using MDF moulding and striking dark green paint.
3. VJ panelling
VJ panelling is a popular and versatile way to create a feature wall, adding texture, depth and architectural interest. It can be installed vertically or horizontally, and bring a classic, coastal or contemporary feel to a room depending on the colour and finish. See how @craftyhopper used VJ panelling painted in Porter's Paints Yacht Race for her bedroom makeover.
