Please suggest how to change the downpipe adaptor (size 100x50x90)?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Samchan30. It's brilliant to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about downpipe fittings.
To replace the broken downpipe adaptor, the current fitting will need to be broken away and removed from both the top and bottom sections. Once removed, a new fitting can be glued in place. Note that this issue is likely due to your concrete shifting, as the fitting has moved out from the wall whilst the downpipe remains attached to it. You won't be able to swap the existing fitting for a new one due to the movement. Be aware that when removing the bottom section, there is a high chance of damaging the angled portion below due to the existing glue.
Because drainage connections must be completed by a licensed drainage specialist or plumber, you'll need to contact one to replace the fitting for you. This will ensure the repair is done safely and correctly.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
