  • Replaced rivets and fibre washers for moving parts.
  • Use small nuts on rivet mandrel for better access to deep sections
  • Winder cleaned up and re-greased
  • Reassembled and resealed.

  • Sealed with black sealant to blend in better. You can also make out one of the fibre washers on the arm to the right.
  • I had a few of these broken so made splints with 10x3mm aluminium flatbar. Bend first then cut to length as the first couple broke first time.
  • Various wet panel joiners, corners, capping
  • Tent poles make great props
