both sides hinged to access storage underneath
one side slides across to the other with furniture connectors to hold instead of free standing like in instructions
2 sections to make it easier to slide
backing cushions drop to create full east west double bed. Top of cupboard hinged to continue access.

Original window
Replaced rivets and fibre washers for moving parts.
Use small nuts on rivet mandrel for better access to deep sections
Winder cleaned up and re-greased
Reassembled and resealed.
Disassembled, cleaned and painted
Sealed with black sealant to blend in better. You can also make out one of the fibre washers on the arm to the right.
I had a few of these broken so made splints with 10x3mm aluminium flatbar. Bend first then cut to length as the first couple broke first time.
Various wet panel joiners, corners, capping
Tent poles make great props
Noggins added and blocks in celing to support edge of ceiling panels
