How to get rid of white spots on my plants?

can you please let me know which products I need to use to get rid of white spots on my plants?

The infestation might have been too severe for the oil to be effective. The only other way to remove the scale is by either using hot water, which might damage the plant or you manually remove the scale with a saucer of isopropyl alcohol and some cotton buds. Dip the bud in the alcohol and rub the scale off, you will have to use your fingernails to remove the well-embedded insects. 

It will be tedious, but it is the most effective method of removing the white spots. Once all the white spots are gone it's best to spray the plant with neem oil again as a preventative barrier.
