My poor imperial mandarin tree is suffering and I’m not sure what is wrong? I water deeply every 4:5 days

I can tag members to provide assistance with your struggling tree, but firstly can you please provide more information so our members can provide more specific advice? It would be helpful to know where you are based as well as when the tree was planted, what your soil is like, what care you have given the tree recently apart from watering, and when you first noticed a problem.
