How to build low-level over concrete?

I am building a decl jn front on concrete . Very low level. But i am wondering there is as pocket of 900x 300  area on pebble infront of pillar iothers on concrete. 
what should i uses on the peblles to attach my frame on pebbles. 

i have thought of using crushed dust under.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @minughosh. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about building a deck.

It really depends on the height you have to work with. You can compact the ground, place a paver and then use pedestal feet. You could use a Tuffblock deck support on compacted ground. You could concrete a post stirrup into the soil. We also have ground screws.

 

All of those would work over the area; it's just a matter of the height between the ground and the bottom of your joists. If you could let me know, I can point to the most appropriate support option.
