If the crack or damage to the tank is not very significant you might still be able to repair it with Gripset Betta 1kg Water Plug. This product is specifically designed to repair cracks on concrete water tanks. Please make sure to wear personal protection such as gloves and goggles when handling this product. 

However, if the damage is severe, it might be necessary to empty out the tank to carry out repairs.
