How to seal bottom edge of window?
Hi everyone
The lower seals of windows on my 20 year old house are lifting off - please refer attached photos.
How to seal off this gap?

Re: How to seal bottom edge of window?
Hello @JerseyBlue,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about sealing the bottom of your window.
I suggest using Selleys 290ml Clear Storm Waterproof Gutter And Roof Sealant under the seal to prevent water from entering that gap. Please make sure to wash the area with water and detergent to remove any oil or grease deposit on the surface. Once the surface and gap are totally dry you can then apply the sealant.
Please note that this is not a long-term repair solution. The lower seal under your window has started to deteriorate and at some point, will need to be properly replaced.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
Eric
