First light in around the hatch
First light fitted around the hatch frame
You can see in this photo the extent of the rotten timber.
I managed to peel off most of the interior ply lining whole but some of it came off in little pieces which was frustrating and time consuming.
Original wiring
240v run in trunking alongside added framing
This was repaired with a piece from a donor van left over from my York rebuild.
Most of the outside was undamaged except for a tear next to the door area
Weights to get wall to sit flat again
The rest of the cladding is original, I sprayed the front with stone shield paint from SCA before putting back on.

Completely disassembled, cleaned, etch primed and a few coats of spraypaint

Josco nylon wheels are great for cleaning up the corrosion etc (just rough them up on concrete before first use)
