Are Ramset Wallmate Twist n Lock wall plugs reusable?

To screw this onto the wall: https://www.bunnings.com.au/flexi-storage-1800mm-white-hang-track_p2660962

The track needs to move sideways by an inch. Can I unscrew the Wallmates without damaging the nylon plug? Then re-screw the track back onto the wall. Need to do once - not an ongoing requirement.

There's no issue with removing the screw and adjusting your track. You'd likely be able to do it several times over before chewing out the plastic thread inside the Wallmate.
