Does anyone know where to get this part? The one circle in blue, not the washer. It is the one which lock the washer and seal in position.

Re: porcher toilet leaking

Hi @victor84,

This part is going to be specific to the valve you have, so it is likely that you would have to order a spare part that is specific to that valve.

Is there a brand name or model number on the valve? Is it the flush valve or the inlet valve? Can you upload a photo showing the whole valve?

If we can identify the valve and it is a brand that we stock, we could certainly look into it. If it is not a brand we stock, then you would have to speak with the manufacturer or original retailer of your toilet for assistance with spare parts.

Alternatively, you could look at replacing the whole valve. We do stock both flush and inlet valves; we would just need to confirm that they are compatible with your toilet.

Let me know what you think. I am happy to assist further when you get back to us.

Re: porcher toilet leaking

Hi @victor84,

Unfortunately, as it is not a brand we deal with, we would not be able to source parts for this particular flush valve.

You should be able to replace it with a generic option, such as the Fluidmaster 38mm Dual Button Cistern Outlet Valve or the FIX-A-LOO Endura Dual Flush Cistern Outlet Valve, if you are unable to source a replacement part.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist.

Would anyone know where to source this part in Adelaide?

Would your recommended product fit into this?

Re: porcher toilet leaking

Hi @victor84,

You'd need to contact the manufacturer or retailer of the product for assistance with a spare part.

The best thing you can do to confirm compatibility is bring your old flush valve in store with you to compare. The team in the Plumbing section will be able to assist you with selecting a suitable replacement. The main things that need to match up are the diameter of the thread at the base of the cistern and the height of the new flush valve. If these two things match, then you should be ok.

If you have issues, then it might be worth contacting a plumber for assistance.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist.
