Finding My Feet

VJ panelling and a new tiled floor were part of this complete bathroom makeover.

The project

Updated my tired old bathroom extending into a closet space to make more room for the shower.

Steps

Step 1

Everything had to go although I kept the window to save money as the outside wall is asbestos.

Step 2

Refurbished an old barn door. Painted in satin lexicon, then sanded back in places to keep some of the old look.

Step 3

Retro dresser painted the same and also sanded back. I figure when it gets worn as time goes on it won’t matter.
