Can I repair / replace parts on a ryobi one plus line trimmer head that melted off?

Some string caught in my ryobi one plus 18volt battery powered line trimmer & melted the head off. Is it replaceable / repairable? If so, what part do I buy & how do I replace this head?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.

It looks like you're going to have to replace the spool base (part number 522991004). 

In order to do this, I'd suggest you contact our Spare Parts team, who will be able to get in touch with Ryobi, get you a price for the part and then organise delivery.

If you can provide your images to the spare parts team, they will also be able to confirm if this is the only part needed.
