How to stop insects eating Basil?

I need a little bit on guidance on how to fix insects eating basil. Please see picture attached.

I would suggest the culprit would be caterpillars.

Our community typically recommends Dipel for controlling caterpillars such as the product OCP 40g Eco-Caterpillar-Killer.

Hello @adrivaso 

I totally agree with Jason's diagnosis; it definitely looks like caterpillar bite marks. My best advice is to spray under the leaves as well to get full coverage.

Please remember to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask when spraying your plants.
