Hi there
I'm going out of my mind with frustration. My Ryobi whipper snipper has two points where no matter how much you tighten the screws/wingnuts etc, the handle and guard will slip and move around the pole. It's out of warranty but I really want to sort this out. I've attached picture where I'm meaning
Thanks Eric. The L must be short for legend.
The bolt in the handle was offset on an angle, and set hard so looked to me like it was a fixed part.
A light tap with a hammer and it popped right out and I was easily able to re-seat it secure everything in place (as you can see the dog was impressed)
Can you tell me what store you work at so I can provide some feedback about what a great help you've been?
Hello @Krapmeister
It's great to see that you got the handle attached. Thank you very much for the compliment, your words are more than enough as our community manager will see this. I work for Workshop only and am not assigned to any store. You can send an email to: workshop@bunnings.com.au.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
