Re: How to treat my lemon tree?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @fotini15. It's sensational to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about citrus care.
I'm going to call in the expert, @Noelle, our resident horticulturalist, on this one. That's quite a distinctive leaf affliction, but I can't say I've encountered it before.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Re: How to treat my lemon tree?
Hi @fotini15
It's difficult to be completely certain but in my opinion, the mottling looks like nitrogen and/or iron deficiency, while the fine spotting looks a little like the onset of sooty mould or a similar fungal issue.
An application of a liquid fertiliser formulated specifically for citrus, which will be rapidly absorbed, would be beneficial, as would a spray with a pest oil (ecoOil for example). Allow a few weeks for these treatments to work, and observe how the tree looks after that time.
