How to fix downpipe alignment and paver cracks?
I have more serious alignment problems with my down pipe though not any other down pipes. Found the big gaps between garden bed and concrete slabs under the house. Also uneven cemented paver floors and cracks. The gaps between concrete paver floors and the pool are also becoming bigger and bigger, , I live in hills area, We expecting movement of the soils but are they serious problems and how to fix it. Appreciate for any kind advice

Re: How to fix downpipe alignment and paver cracks?
Hello @henry218
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's splendid to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about your concrete slabs settling.
I'm afraid this particular situation goes much further than just aligning your downpipe. It is difficult to guess what is causing the slabs to sink, but I strongly recommend engaging the services of a structural engineer so that they can assess and find out what is causing the accelerated sinking of your concrete slabs around your pool and house.
The structural engineer will also be able to make recommendations on how to stop the settling and stabilize your concrete slabs.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
