I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with the product.
If you’ve already replaced the O-rings and the leak is still there, the next likely causes are either a fault in the handle itself or damage to the internal valve mechanism. It’s also worth double-checking exactly where the leak is coming from. See if you can tell whether the water is leaking from inside the handle body, or from the joint where the handle connects to the lance.
If the leak is at the connection point and you’re confident the correct O-ring has been fitted and the lance is fully locked into place, then that pretty much rules out the usual wear item. At that point, it suggests there may be an internal crack, worn seal seat, or damaged valve allowing water to bypass inside the handle.
Unfortunately, there isn’t much further troubleshooting you can realistically do beyond what you’ve already tried. If the unit is still under warranty, I’d recommend taking it back to your nearest store with proof of purchase so it can be assessed. If it’s out of warranty, the handle assembly usually needs to be replaced as a complete part rather than repaired internally.
