In order to ascertain the availability of a replacement remote, we are going to need the specific model number of your Arlec heater.
Can I ask you to have a look at the heating strip for the model number? There will likely be a sticker or plate with its details somewhere on the heater.
Once we know which specific model of heater you have, we can get in touch with our suppliers to see if a replacement is available.
