How to repair window?

How can I repair this window which is outside from the third bedroom. The glass on the top right is a different colour as the original was damaged and I couldn’t find the same colour. If anyone knows where I can source this please let me know

The process to fix the peeling paint would be what @EricL mentioned above.

You'd need to remove the existing paint by sanding or scraping it, then apply a coat of primer, followed by the topcoat, with an exterior-grade enamel paint being the best choice.
