Hi there,
My Ozito HPW-2030 pressure washer doesn't have enough pressure, and I found that two check valves are damaged. Question is where I can get the replacement and what the exact size I need to go for. Thank you.
Hi @stevenwancn,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.
I've had a quick look at the manual and diagram for the Ozito 1800W 2030PSI High Pressure Washer, and I am not 100% certain what parts you are referring to.
Can I trouble you for some photos of the check valves and a measurement of their diameter? Let me know if you need a hand uploading images. I am happy to help if required.
When I can see which parts you are referring to, I will check with our Spare Parts team to see if they can be ordered or if there is a generic option that could be used to replace them.
I will assist further when you get back in touch.

Hi Jacob, pls find the picture below. Thanks.
I found the similar thing on ebay but not sure if this is the right size.
Hi @stevenwancn,
Unfortunately, we do not have generic parts, and I doubt that Ozito would sell them as spare parts. I am happy to check tomorrow when they reopen, if parts are available, but I'd say from experience that chances are pretty slim.
Please bear with me. I will get back to you.
Jacob
Thanks. I just want to know the dimensions if they don't supply directly.
Hi @stevenwancn,
Unfortunately, as it is an internal part that they can not supply as a spare part, it is not listed on the parts diagram that is available to me, and no one could give me an answer as to what its dimensions are.
You might just have to remove the current ones and do your best to measure and match them up.
Apologies I couldn't be more help.
JAcob
thanks for the help. Jacob.
Hi @stevenwancn,
I just wanted to point out that this model has a three-year replacement warranty. So, if it's within that period and you have your receipt, I'd suggest returning it to the store where it was purchased in its original, assembled condition for a swap.
