Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community.

We're going to need to know what style of drain you have to advise how to remove and replace it. Different drains are installed in different ways, so it would be difficult to give you blanket advice without seeing it.

As Jason has mentioned, a few photos would certainly help us to offer our best advice.

I used a pick and crow bar and removed them successfully

I removed using a pick and crowbar and replaced them
