How to stop metal decorative panels weeping?

I affixed metal decorative panels to a colourbond fence and all was well until it rained. Now it looks like the panels are weeping from the decorative holes in them. How can I get rid of the "tear tracks". Is this normal?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

Unfortunately, it would be very difficult to help without seeing what you are dealing with. Perhaps some detergent, warm water and a scrubbing brush would help to remove them, but it is hard to say without seeing it.

Can I trouble you to upload some images of the issue? This will help me greatly to understand the issue and offer my best advice.
