Re: Wind damage

Hi @vica,

Can you please provide more detail about what has been damaged? It is difficult to tell from your photo what has occurred, and what you need assistance with. Please provide as much information as possible so our members can assist you.

Thanks,

Jason

Re: Wind damage

@Jason .Thanks!By strong wind, “A”  in image, fell from “B”(the frame ).The frame is still there. But “A”  is broken. I think it need replaced. But I don’t know what it is . I am sorry for not tell it clearly last time.

Re: Wind damage

Hi @vica,

Does the piece "A" have a crack in it or is it smashed and broken? It might just need to be placed and secured back in the frame. Do you know where piece "C" is, this is what secures "A" in place "B"?

I am not aware of where you could get another piece "A". We have a similar product Suntuf Sunlite 8mm x 610mm x 3.0m Clear Twinwall Polycarbonate Roofing, but it is not the same thickness.

Please let me know if you need further assistance or had any questions.

Mitchell
