Ive been trying to fit the gutter to the drain in the backyard.
The problem:
The cut which i did is located where the bend started.
if i bring the holman gutter as shown it doesnt go all the way in as there is bend.
how do experts solve this. Please help. Thanks.
Hi @satwik,
Any work on stormwater systems like this comes under the category of plumbing work that would require the assistance of a licensed plumber.
In saying this, I suspect a plumber would move that rubber O-ring higher up, then cut the bottom of the PVC fitting with a hacksaw or angle grinder. They would likely then sand off any debris or burrs before gluing it in place.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
