I gave a Mimosa 3.5 metre Andaman Cantilever Umbrella, purchased in Dec 2022. I have product brochure and receipt.
i have attached a photo of the cast alloy casing that broke yesterday in a gust of wind. Can I obtain a replacement part?
Or can my umbrella be replaced under warranty?

Unfortunately, you wouldn't be covered under Mimosa's Warranty as you would be outside of the 3 years from the date of purchase.
Our Spare Parts team would be the best people to assist with this enquiry, as they have details on what is available as a spare part. They are not currently available to assist; however, I will reach out in the morning to see if this part can be ordered.
Feel free to submit your own enquiry in the meantime, but I will update you tomorrow when I can reach out for their assistance.

I have spoken with our Spare Parts team, who unfortunately do not have an inventory list that they can check to see what parts are available for that product. This means they will have to submit an enquiry to the manufacturer for their investigation.
