How to fix strong smell coming from MDF?

Hi everyone, 

Just after some help about fixing this strong smell in my home. 

I currently have 3 easy craft 2400x 1200 x 9mm wall lining and roughly 2 Alpine MDF 1200x 2400 Alpine panels too installed in my average size home. 

Both have been painted, it was alright until recently, but since I have been using the heat pump, there has been a strong smell happening. Not exactly sure if it is coming from both, or just one of these.
