How to fix wifi contact sensors that stopped working with Alexa?

All my wifi contact sensors have stopped working in the Alexa app (Device unresponsive) .

they all work fine in the Grid connect app

I have removed device and data and reinstalled them, still not working

I have unlinked the alexa skill and relinked, still not working

has anyone else had issues with these sensors

@Darr57

I just checked again and in SmartLife that type of sensor definitely shows up as 3rd party control for Alexa but not Google as pictured below. So my gut feeling is GC app has a connection issue, SL you need to import the CG Bluetooth hub over.

I'll migrate the hub over and give that a go.

@Darr57

I've got some real strange things going on with my Bluetooth sensors and hubs the last few days, they are working, not working. I have 3 in total throughout the house and they are all being affected and affecting my door sensors, motion sensors.

It maybe a Grid Connect / Tuya issue
