Re: bathroom up dated

What a cracker of a transformation, @beecboy!

I see a few low cost but ingenious ideas here. Did you keep the cabinetry but refresh the handles? Replace the top with something similar to the 2200 x 600 x 26mm Beech Laminated Panel? Great move, and those on bench sinks look just fab.

Do you mind if I ask how much you spent on this reno? It looks like it could be achieved on a reasonable budget.

Many thanks for sharing this fantastic inspiration. I trust many of our members will be keen to re-create your project in their own homes.

Mitchell

Re: bathroom up dated

Really inexpensive

Benchtop was $99.00 i think ( was in timber section as workbench and coated it around 5 times with clear varnish ( cant remember brand but it was food contact safe) , sanding between each coat. . Sinks got on special at 89$ each (which included taps as well)

Kept origanl cabinets and really took my time preping the fronts , doors and drawers following white knight laminate paint instructions  .

Finally just replaced handles with brushed chrome ones.

Then just some pvc pipe  one length and pvc glue pink and blue.

Total well under 500$ . Makes whole bathroom like new .
