English box hedge and orange tree maintenance

Hi fellow community members,

I'm looking for a bit of advice on how best to maintain English box hedge and a citrus orange tree.

With today being the first day of spring, both plants seem to be suffering from some malnutrition. The orange tree has new growth but its leaves are slightly yellow and the English box hedge is an odd shade of orange.

Across the garden the English box hedge is generally healthy, with only a few plants suffering the orange tinge.

I have uploaded a few photos to provide context. If any of you are experiencing the same it would be great to know your advice.

Thanks,

Re: English box hedge and orange tree maintenance

Where are you based @Tom? The yellowed leaves on the buxus are probably caused by frost. The new spring growth should come back green. Just make sure that the garden bed soil isn't too damp.

The citrus is looking pretty healthy and probably just needs a feed.
