Hi,
we bought ozito lawn mower in the year of 2022 I have still box with me but I paid cash that time all of sudden today it stopped working could you please assist me what can I do this situation?

I suggest doing a few troubleshooting steps. Please refer to your owner's manual.

If after doing all the trouble shooting steps and your mower still fails to start, I propose taking a clear photo of the box and barcode of the Ozito lawnmower. I then suggest going back to the store where you purchased the lawn mower from and speaking to the customer service team and informing them the exact time and date when you purchased the lawnmower (they will try to track down your docket). If you had any other purchases that day that included the mower that would help as well. But if you have a copy of your docket that would make tracking down your purchase much easier.
The good news is that if your mower is an Ozito PXC range it will be covered under their 5-year warranty. But in order to for you to access that warranty you must be able to show proof of purchase.
