How to repair or install a water tank?

there is a hole on the tank ,i want to know if some one repair it?

Could you please show us a better picture of the hole, which would greatly assist our members in offering solutions?

You might like to try some T-Rex 48mm x 1.5m Strong Waterproofing Tape. It's designed to stop leaks from the exterior side.

Once we get a better idea of the damage you are trying to repair, I'd then be able to tag in some helpful community members to assist.
