Hello Bunnings workshop community,
I have a small garden bed in my backyard that was built by the previous home owners. Unfortunately, there is nothing to separate the soil and the outer brickwall that the garden bed was built against (please see the attached photo - right side of the garden bed).
I would appreciate any suggestion or advice on which material / way to create a divider between the soil and the brickwall, given the way it has been built. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello @huongtrinh
I suggest digging the soil away from the brick wall and installing either a cut piece of 200 x 50mm 2.4m Sleeper Treated Pine ACQ and fixing it in place with screws or use Brighton Masonry 200 x 100 x 50mm Charcoal Mypave 215 Paver joined together with Selleys 320g Liquid Nails Construction Adhesive. The paver will need to be trimmed so that it fits the space and prevents the soil from flowing back into the area near the brick wall.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Eric
Thanks so much for your advice, @EricL. I clicked on the link for the sleeper treated pine but the product is no longer available. Do you have any other suggestions?
Hi @huongtrinh,
That can happen because some products are region specific.
Any 200x50mm H4 Sleeper will work just fine.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
