Hello @michael3603
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your Ozito line trimmer.
My apologies for removing your docket on your post. It contains private information and must not be shared online for your safety.
In regards to your question about the spool head there is no mention of an option for a dual-line auto-feed head. I don't recommend modifying your line trimmer as it might produce undesirable results or cause injury. It will also void the warranty of your product. If you are after a unit with dual lines, I recommend looking at the Ryobi 18V ONE+ HP 38cm Brushless Line Trimmer as an option.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Eric
Hi @michael3603
Thats spool is not designed for twin feed only single unfortunately. Any modification will result in the feed mechanism to fail. This is common with both lowered powered cordless and sometimes electric line trimmers across the DIY brands.
