Unfortunately, that is not an adjustable micro spray head, which means there is no way to adjust the throw angle of that sprayer, and the only way to reduce the pressure is to turn down the tap.
My suggestion would be to remove the micro spray head and replace it with either a Pope Half Circle Poly Veri-Flow Micro Spray Jet if you are looking for a 180° throw angle, or a Pope Quarter Circle Poly Veri-Flow Micro Spray Head if you want a 90° throw angle. The handle on these sprayers allows you to adjust the flow rate, giving you much better control of the output.
Unfortunately, there don't appear to be micro sprayer heads with adjustable throw angles, so you will have to select either a half circle or quarter circle depending on which works best in the specific location.
