White web pests on leaves of dipladenia climbing okant

what is the best treatment to rescue this beautiful climbing plant ? The leaves are curled up and on the back is this white web

Hi @janelle1 

 

Looks like woolly aphid or mealy bug to me.  Either way an application of pyrethrum insecticide or a horticultural oil like white oil or Eco oil applied according to label directions and with particular attention to the back of the leaves should fix the problem. Check every 7-10 days for further incursions and reapply if required.

Agree qith previous comnent. Focus on back of foliage as well.
