How to fix soft close drawer banging shut?

My bin drawer seems to have lost the ability for soft close.

Thanks for sharing your question about your soft close drawer. Can you recall who your kitchen manufacturer is? If it is a Kaboodle drawer runner, I'll be more than happy to track down the replacement parts for you. If not, I suggest calling the manufacturer of your kitchen and see if they have spare parts for your drawer.

I'm not sure on the manufacturer - I've been looking but the closest I've gotten to a name in the rails is a Capital G with a star next to it and I presume a part number : 550 1318

The Hafele 86 x 500mm White Soft Close Drawer is about the closest I can find that is similar to your drawer runner. If you can remove or dismantle the old drawer runner, I suggest bringing it to the store and see if there are any that look similar to it. My only other suggestion is to consult a cabinet maker and see if they can identify your drawer runner.
