Re: How to increase water pressure of kitchen sink mixer?

Hello @1958

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about your kitchen sink mixer.

Before we give you any recommendations, would it be possible for you to post a picture and the model number of the tap you've purchased? This will allow our members to assess the condition of the tap. We can then make recommendations on how to proceed.

A possible cause for the cold water to slow down is the installation of a water-saving disc in the cold line. There could be a kink in the Flexi hose line causing water to slow down. Too much plumbers tape might have been used and is impeding the flow of the cold water.

We look forward to seeing the photos.

Eric
