How to repaint oven knobs?
Hello, the paint has come off three of the timer switches. Is there a paint l could go over these with. It needs to be heat resistent and the surface is smooth underneat. Or should l replace the buttons. They work fine so its a cosmtic fix. Or are there stickers to put on the fronts? They are 1cm. Thanks

Re: Paint query for oven
Afternoon @Carolyn3636
I wonder if using a sharpie, permanant black texta would work? I have coloured in Silver heads of screws that I wanted black and after 3 layers and dry time in between they look painted and still going strong. You could try one and see how it goes?

Re: Paint query for oven
Hello @Carolyn3636
Thank you for sharing that question about your oven switches. It's great that you've received excellent advice @Dave-1. I see that Dave-1 has gotten ahead of me this time. I was going to suggest using a texta such as Empire Black Liquid Paint Marker. It’s resistant to water, heat, wear and UV light, preventing it from fading or rubbing off. The best part is that you can keep it in your kitchen drawer and touch up the witches should they begin to fade.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Eric
