Been trying to do as much diy as I can in our kitchen reno. Had a great time planning and doing this. Still more to come but feeling quite chuffed as a software developer by trade 🤓.

Had some fun with battery powered led strips from Bunnings. Changed them to be powered and controlled by a raspberry pi for schedules and wifi etc.

also ran the led strips around the kitchen table. Still needs some tweaking but it’s getting there

What an amazing kitchen transformation. Thank you so much for sharing those updated photos. Removing that turn and placing that new island has made your kitchen look so much bigger. The LED's was a nice touch both in the pantry and under the island. How long did it take to finish? I'm sure our members would love to know the steps you took to finalize the look you wanted in your kitchen.

We look forward to seeing more.
