wall oven hole ideas

i am in the middle of a kitchen renovation . Original plan was to remove the brick wall oven and replace with cabinets . But the wall is structural. I need ideas on what to do with the oven hole ?  Is measures 550 wide 910 high and 60 deep .

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your wall oven cavity.

It's great that you've received excellent advice from @AlanM52. The other ideas I would like to add is to turn it into a coffee nook with a nice-looking coffee machine. The other option is to use it a as an appliance nook such as kitchen aids, sandwich press, blenders/mixers/ choppers and any other appliances you might have. A cook-book library is always a great option.
