Drawer face is split - what’s my best method to attempt to repair it

hi there is a split on the front of the drawer and I’m wondering if it’s repairable.

i’m not sure kind of what it is but it’s very solid and heavy

Hi @shelby25,

 

I'd suggest you use something like a fine Craft Paint Brush to apply wood glue inside the split, then use clamps to clamp the split closed while the glue dries.

 

Remember to wipe away any glue that squeezes out while it is still wet. Leave the clamps in place for around an hour before releasing them.
