I want to add shelves and few drawers in this BIR. Could you please advise me on how to get started? I have no previous experience.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about adding shelves and drawers inside your wardrobe.
There are flat pack wardrobe cabinets and drawer systems that are available at the store. Would it be possible for you to share the interior measurements of your wardrobe. We can then make recommendations which cabinet sets will fit inside. Please make sure to include the vertical measurements of the cabinet where the interior shelf is located.
