How to attach 2400x1200 Matrix screen on angle?

I’m wanting to attach matrix screen on an angle from pergola roof spouting to colour bond fence with a 600mm gap I know the 2400 x 1200 screen will fit and enclose the area.

could this be done ? If so how?

Hi @fionaanne,

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

Physically, it could be done, but I'm not so sure it would be the best way to screen off the area, as the matrix screens are designed to sit vertically or flat against a supporting structure, and at that angle, they would sag and deteriorate over time without a frame to support them.

Are you set on using the matrix screens? Would you be open to using something like a bistro blind instead? They could be hung from the outside beam of the pergola's roof and hang down between the posts. They could be rolled up when not needed and rolled down when they are.

If you were set on using the matrix screens, can we get some photos of the outside edge of the pergola roof and the top of the fence?

We would need to look at a way to both attach them and support them in a way that would prevent them from sagging over time.

Let me know what you think.

Jacob
