Hello @kitkat20
I propose doing a bit of an investigation to find out why and where the leak is occurring. You can use your garden hose to fill the gutter to see where the leak is coming from. If the leak is just a small rust spot in your gutter, I propose using Selleys 290mL Grey Storm Sealant to cover it. if it is a leak that is happening between the steel gutter folds or on the welded joints you can use Selleys storm sealant to fix this as well.
If you are using a ladder to see into your gutter, I suggest looking at this guide - How to use ladders safely by @Adam_W.

Hello @kitkat20,
The gutters may be rusting and some spots have got the the point where the rust has gone through creating hole leaks.
Maybe the the gutters are old and need replacing OR maybe they are holding water.
Hard to see in that photo but it looks like water may be finding it's way into the eaves.
I would start with inspecting the gutters from above and also take some photos.
Are the gutters relatively clean with no signs of blockages.
Are there any signs of rust and/or water standing in the gutter.
Before doing any of the above please follow @EricL's ladder safety recommendations.
See you later when you come back...
Cheers
