Not sure how this swing will attach to an existing set. Both are Bunnings items so I expected it to be simple. Now I’m stuck.

Hi @JaneB56,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.
You can see a video on the product page for the Swing Slide Climb Blue Toddler Open Seat, which is the same seat but blue.
In the video, you can see they use a carabiner (snap hook) to attach the black plastic pieces to the eye bolt, which goes through the frame.

I'd suggest reconnecting the eye bolts that were used on your old swing seat, and grabbing two Taskmaster 10 x 100mm 316 Stainless Steel Snap Hooks to connect the ropes to the eye bolts.
These snap hooks have a working load limit of 350 kg, so they are more than capable of this task.
Let me know if you have further questions.

Hi @JaneB56,
I just thought I'd add, though you likely already know, that the old eyebolts are permanently connected to the old swing you've removed. You'll need to grab a couple of those along with the snap hooks. Alternatively, you could sacrifice the old swing and cut the ropes to use the eyebolts off it.
Install the eyebolts as they were previously, ensuring they are tightened, and then use the snap hooks to connect the plastic fittings on the swing to them.
Hope that helps.
Mitchell
