How to patch chimney flu hole in spandek roof?

Hello helper’s,I am wanting to patch hole in spandek roof after removing fireplace in outside room, patch needs to be watertight but not perfect, hoping to use tape under and over or paint on membrane as hole is too close to roof joins to add a piece, what would be recommended and what product suitable,Hole is a lot smaller than outer cover,Cheers GlennC.IMG_0257.jpegIMG_0256.jpegimage.jpg

Re: How to patch chimney flu hole in spandek roof?

I'd suggest using Sikaflex 11FC to stick the lead flashing down @GlennC. Ensure there is a full perimeter around it. Then, once stuck down, go around the edge of the sheets with more so it creates an exterior gasket between the lead and the roof sheet. I'd probably then go over that with butyl-backed flashing

I've created the rendering below to help illustrate.
